Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant you will serve as a client‑facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services using the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: Identify business drivers and goals and develop compelling proposals and value‑driven business cases to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Requirements Analysis and Specifications Design: Translate client’s business needs into business requirements and participate in the production of detailed design and technical specifications.
• Future‑Ready Architecture Planning: Understand the requirements, current architecture state of the enterprise and create roadmaps for future enhancements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Expertise in Healthcare, e.g., AMTS in the context of ePA.
• Experience in developing performance descriptions for evaluating third‑party vendors, including functional requirements, data privacy & security, license models.
• Practical experience in the Matrix Messenger environment.
• Operational experience in account planning, resource and budget control, e.g., controlling complex offer processes, budget reporting.
• Strong methodological competence in agile approaches (Scrum, EDT, IBM Garage).
• Strong analytical, conceptual skills for problem definition and development of sound technical and economic solutions.
• Conducted customer workshops for requirement elicitation, solution discovery, decision support.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, Mural.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Portfolio of certificates in project management, agile development and innovation design (e.g., IBM Agile Explorer, Enterprise Design Thinking, Scrum fundamentals, minimum Industry Jump Start in public sector).
• Experience applying generative AI in the context of innovation‑driven public transformation projects.
• Cross‑industry knowledge through deep insights into various industries such as automotive, aerospace & defense, and public, allowing transfer knowledge for cross‑sector digitalization projects.
• Initiative, leadership, and methodical thinking, complemented by voluntary engagement.
