A leading producer of savory snacks is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst in Düsseldorf. This role involves supporting transformation projects, contributing to process improvements, and working extensively in project execution. As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will support transformation projects and workstreams within the Transformation Management sub‑department. You will assist in implementing process, organisational, and IT improvements, applying a basic understanding of transformation management and process improvement principles. You will also contribute to the implementation of IT solutions and process enhancements across end‑to‑end processes.
As part of the Planning & Materials Management team, you will contribute to driving projects that improve procurement, sourcing and supply chain planning processes, helping to optimise the upstream supply chain.
University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Initial professional experience or solid knowledge in project support, business analysis, or consulting
