About the opportunity

We are looking for a Business Risk Manager to join our Growth Operations team and serve as the essential guardian of our marketing integrity. In this role, you will be the primary bridge connecting our high-velocity Marketing teams with our Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit functions. You will own the organisational knowledge base of our growth engine - mapping processes, resolving audit findings, and ensuring that every campaign and tool we launch meets the highest standards of compliance. In this role, you will:

• Own the Growth Governance Landscape: Lead the end-to-end mapping of our Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring all marketing processes and tool integrations are fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Bridge Marketing & Compliance: Act as a dedicated partner for the Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable playbooks for our Growth and Marketing teams.
• Lead Audit Resolution & Risk Mitigation: Take full ownership of resolving audit findings and managing business continuity, proactively identifying and closing process gaps before they impact our go-to-market speed.
• Architect the Marketing Knowledge Base: Build and maintain a comprehensive, accessible internal knowledge base, centralising everything from product feature playbooks to brand guidelines to ensure global consistency and seamless onboarding.
• Drive Compliance Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver engaging training programs for the Marketing organization so that all team members understand our regulatory obligations and feel confident following established processes.
• Ensure Regulatory Quality Control: Implement robust validation processes so that all marketing initiatives, from creative assets to data handling ,capture and adhere to the latest regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, KWG, MaRisk, WpHG).

What you need to be successful:

• Governance & Compliance Expertise: 3-5+ years of proven experience in process management, internal audit, risk management, or marketing compliance, ideally within a regulated industry like Fintech or Banking.
• Documentation & Workflow Management Skills: A passion for clarity with a demonstrated ability to map complex, cross-functional workflows and maintain high-quality internal documentation.
• Effective Educator & Communicator: The ability to take complex legal or regulatory topics and translate them into engaging training sessions and simple, actionable guidance for non-experts.
• Structural & Analytical Thinking: You possess a "compliance-by-design" mindset—able to look at a creative or technical process and immediately identify potential risks, missing steps, or efficiency gains.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: You are a collaborative communicator who can navigate technical, legal, and creative conversations, building consensus across teams with different priorities.
• Commitment to Results: You are a proactive operator who takes full ownership of the compliance roadmap, ensuring that audit remediations are successfully completed and seamlessly integrated into our daily workflows.
