Hannover Re in Hannover, Germany, seeks a Business Process Engineer Analysis and Optimisation to shape our automation landscape. You’ll drive transformation from idea to implementation and advance process knowledge across teams.

You will analyse processes for automation, implement RPA and AI-assisted solutions like Microsoft Copilot, and design API integrations while collaborating with multiple departments. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Several years' experience in developing or implementing automation solutions.
• Knowledge of business analysis, process automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), as well as an interest in AI-supported solutions such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Programming skills, preferably in Python, C# or Java.
• Fluent German and conversational English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly and bring different stakeholder groups together.

You will actively help develop our automation landscape. With your strong interest in new technologies, you will support transformation initiatives from initial idea through to implementation and drive the continuous development of processes and specialist knowledge.
