Taktile is seeking a Business Ops Associate in Berlin to accelerate growth and professionalize company operations. You will shadow the leadership team, implement AI-enabled processes, and move fast across strategy, pricing, partnerships, and cadences. This is a hands-on role that blends big-picture thinking with practical execution.

You will collaborate across Strategy & Operations, GTM, Product, and G&A to improve efficiency and scale the business while maintaining quality and focus.

About the Role

We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we’re looking for a Business Ops Associate. Ops is the thread that runs through everything at Taktile. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are professionalizing how the company operates, so we can grow fast without losing focus or quality. That's where you come in. As our Business Ops Associate, you will sit at the center of the company's growth story.

What you will do

You come in wherever needed to help us move fast - one week this could mean helping with all hands messaging, FDE hiring and introducing new AI-enabled processes, the other week this could mean working on pricing strategy, creating competition battle cards or establishing new partnerships.

Know the org inside out: understand how we work, prioritize, and measure success - and proactively improve our ops by partnering with teams across the whole company - e.g., Strategy & Operations, GTM, Product, and G&A.

Help shape and evolve our long‑term operating model, acting as a force multiplier across the leadership team - owning key operating cadences & cross‑functional alignments.

Your Profile

You are hungry to build and get energy from moving fast. You move fluidly between big‑picture strategy and the operational detail that makes it real. You like to get your hands dirty — you solve problems hands‑on, not just in a slide deck. You're a structured thinker — you take messy, complex problems and turn them into a clear plan others rally behind. You're AI‑native — you reach for AI tools instinctively to move faster and think sharper. You're a clear, concise communicator with high ownership — people trust you to run with things and deliver 1-2 of experience in strategy, consulting, or a fast‑scaling startup.
