Business Manager (m/w/d) – IT & Engineering Services (Frankfurt)

About the Role

As a Business Manager (m/w/d) at Prime Group Germany, you will play an important role in developing and managing business relationships within the IT and Engineering sectors.

You will support our Country Manager and senior team members in identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and coordinating consultants on exciting projects across Europe.

Your Main Tasks
  • Research and identify potential clients in the IT & Engineering market.
  • Support sales outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Participate and Lead client meetings and assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate with our recruitment and delivery teams to match the right consultants to each project.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and support the entire sales cycle from first contact to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong, long‑term client relationships.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to negotiations and contract discussions under the supervision of senior management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Support business reporting and performance tracking (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and participate in team meetings and planning sessions.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or account management, ideally within IT or Engineering services.
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
  • Fluent German and good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to develop in a commercial career path.
  • Analytical, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Team‑oriented, communicative, and confident in dealing with clients.
  • Willing to work from our Frankfurt office with a hybrid model (3‑4 days in office).
