The opportunity
As a Business Engagement Manager at Teva, you will play a pivotal role in bridging innovative central hubs with local market teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that hub-supported services are delivered efficiently, aligned with market priorities, and continuously improved. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in cross-functional environments and are passionate about operational excellence.
The role is based in Germany.
How you’ll spend your day
- Market–Hub Coordination : Ensure strong collaboration and clarity on priorities, timelines, and expectations.
- Service Delivery Oversight : Manage the end-to-end coordination of hub-supported services across key business functions.
- Request Prioritization : Advise market leaders on request prioritization based on strategic impact, capacity, and business value.
- Performance & Risk Management : Track delivery metrics, identify risks or misalignment, and elevate issues when needed.
- Continuous Improvement : Facilitate feedback loops between markets and hubs to enhance service quality.
- Change Management : Support communication, engagement, and adoption efforts for new processes and ways of working.
- Reporting & Governance : Prepare operational reports and contribute to governance forums.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build trusted relationships, address concerns proactively, and maintain strong cross‑functional collaboration.
Do you have…?
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience in business operations, consulting, or market‑facing roles in pharma or life sciences
- A track record of managing cross‑functional initiatives in global or matrixed organizations
- Strong influencing skills across seniority levels and regions
- Hands‑on experience with hub–market service delivery models
- Proficiency in performance tracking, issue escalation, and operational reporting
- Fluency in English and in at least one local market language is required
