About the Role:

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key part in accelerating our client's growth in Europe by generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing high‑value deals within targeted verticals. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping merchants understand and adopt cutting‑edge payment processing solutions that elevate their business performance. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship‑focused individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is motivated by achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver product demos and presentations that clearly articulate the value of the company's clients payment processing technologies.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • 3-5 years of sales experience within the payment processing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • An established merchant and industry network is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in English is a must, any other languages are considered a plus.
