A Berlin-based food tech startup is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial strategies and manage key projects. This role involves collaboration with various departments and external partners. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in business development, strong analytical skills, and is passionate about sustainability. Drive and execute commercial and partnership strategies in close collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and strategic directions.
Prepare business cases, client proposals, and executive presentations that turn insights into action.
Manage key commercial projects end-to-end; from planning and coordination to delivery and results tracking.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Communications to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
Manage relationships with PR and marketing partners, coordinate event participation, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Represent Nosh.bio in external meetings, conferences, and client discussions when needed.
Contribute to the cutting edge of alternative protein research and push forward access to highly innovative tasty, healthy, and sustainable analog products.

5+ years of experience in business development, strategic projects, or consulting, ideally in a fast-paced startup or innovation-driven environment.
Proven track record of leading complex projects independently, from planning to delivery.
Strong analytical skills, able to turn market insights into clear business recommendations.
Fluent in English (German is a plus).
Experience managing relationships with external partners or agencies (e.g., PR, marketing, or sales)
Highly proactive, organized, and hands‑on; you anticipate needs and drive results.
Excellent communicator, able to translate ideas and strategy across teams and stakeholders.
