Your Role

As our Business Development Manager for Industrial Dispensing & Automation you will take ownership of market expansion across the DACH and Central Eastern European region (Germany Austria Switzerland Poland Czech Republic etc.). You will connect with engineering-driven customers identify new opportunities in automation and manufacturing environments and position Techcon as the trusted partner for precision dispensing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the industrial dispensing and automation markets in your region.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors OEMs and end users in manufacturing and engineering sectors.
• Identify new application areas and expand Techcons footprint within high-value industries.
• Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to introduce new technologies and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Conduct market analyses to evaluate opportunities trends and competitive activities.
• Represent Techcon at trade fairs customer events and technical workshops.
• Deliver forecasts business reports and data-driven recommendations to management.

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in B2B industrial sales automation technology or precision equipment.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes OEM environments or industrial automation systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (C1 or higher).
• Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality high self-motivation and strong analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely with regular regional travel (approx. 40%).
