Zusammenfassung

Qualifikationen

konfetti is the booking platform and software for local workshops. Since its founding in April 2021, we have continuously developed our product and now work with more than 2,500 providers. In total, we can offer over 12,000 experiences in Germany, Austria, and online. Your next step - konfetti! You will build new business areas from scratch. You will evaluate, test, and launch new channels such as Corporate Gifting or Retail, win the first customers, and hand over a functioning business to the team. You will work directly with us founders and learn more about building a company in a short time than in most other jobs.

You evaluate new business areas and channels, build them from the initial idea to a functioning business, and hand them over to the team, for example Corporate Gifting or Retail. You work directly with the founding team on our most important growth topics and drive them forward independently. You provide operational support to our Commercial Operations teams and step in wherever it matters most. You optimize processes, drive automation forward, and make things simpler and more efficient. Everything else that comes up: We are a startup, and a lot happens here. Be prepared for every day to bring something different.

Требования

You have a very good degree, preferably from a renowned university. You have at least 1 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Business Development, Sales, management consulting, or a high-growth startup. You have a strong hands‑on mentality and want to make a real impact. You have a strong affinity for numbers and automation and like to base decisions on data. You work in a structured way, take ownership, and independently bring topics to completion even when things are unclear. You are an open and communicative person who enjoys actively approaching people. You want to work in the office: short distances, quick decisions, and direct exchange. You are fluent in German and English, both at a professional level.
