Who we are looking for

We’re seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development professional to expand our demand-side partnerships across the German market. Your mission
  • Build and nurture relationships with agencies and media buyers in Germany
  • Develop and close new business opportunities by pitching our demand-side solutions
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM pipeline
  • Attend industry events and client meetings to strengthen partnerships and visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the advertising industry
  • An existing network of agency or media buyer contacts
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools
  • A proactive, results-oriented "hunter" mentality
  • Confident and outgoing personality with a passion for networking
  • Proficiency in both German and English communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, media buying, and agency workflows
  • Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, and other AdTech solutions
