Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Germany, allowing a combination of in‑office and remote work. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in alignment with company objectives. You will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop strategies for market expansion and lead negotiations to secure partnerships. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and contribute to long‑term business planning.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (HubSpot)
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Travel throughout Germany, Austria & Switzerland (DACH)
  • Fluency in German (and English) is required
  • Knowledge of the document capture / data capture industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or relevant experience) preferred
