Business Development Manager – Battery Energy Storage (Germany)

You’ll be key in identifying and developing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering technical and commercial proposals. With access to the latest technologies and a diverse, collaborative team, you’ll help drive business development in one of the energy sector’s most exciting fields.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead deal structuring from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close
  • Build relationships with project developers, EPCs, utilities, and IPPs
  • Deliver tailored technical and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams
  • Conduct in-depth market research and support go-to-market strategy
  • Represent the company at major industry events and conferences
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years’ experience in Business Development, in the energy sector (BESS)
  • Strong technical knowledge of BESS system components: batteries, PCS, EMS, HVAC, fire suppression systems
  • Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
  • Degree in Energy Systems or a related field
  • Experience in BESS system integration highly preferred
