  • Developing new markets and customers and expanding long-term business relationships with existing partners

What you need to bring with you for a future with us
  • Completed commercial training in a degree in business administration
  • Several years of successful experience in the Independent Aftermarket Europe (sales, key account management or business development)
  • Excellent network in the independent aftermarket (national/ international)
  • High motivation and number orientation, quick comprehension, assertiveness, determination and diligence
  • Strong communication skills and a convincing manner - you meet the customer at eye level
  • Initiative, determination and an entrepreneurial way of thinking and working
  • Strong negotiating skills with an overview and a willingness to take calculable risks
  • Correct handling of direct reporting lines and the matrix organization
  • Entrepreneurial and business-minded thinking and acting as well as a strong creative drive
  • Good written and spoken German and English, rhetorical skills and presentation confidence in German and English
  • Willingness to travel in Europe and participate in international events and customer trade fairs
