  • Customer Engagement and Opportunity Shaping – Proactively engage with customers to identify and shape opportunities. Provide filtered, actionable intelligence to Business Group, Business Development, and functional group staff.
  • Brand Promotion and Opportunity Shaping – Elevate CACI’s brand presence through targeted marketing initiatives. Lead the creation of white papers, in‑house demonstrations, and responses to RFIs. Conceptualize needs, organize appropriate company resources, and spearhead collaborative efforts to completion.
  • Capture and Proposal Support – Provide continuity across the BD lifecycle by supporting capture and proposal efforts. Enhance win probability by ensuring seamless transition of opportunities from qualification through capture and proposal stages.
  • Market Intelligence and Trend Analysis – Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within the IC ecosystem. Provide regular insights to leadership to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration – Work closely with technical, operational, and financial teams to ensure alignment of BD efforts with company capabilities and goals. Foster strong relationships across the organization to facilitate efficient and effective pursuit of opportunities.
