Overview
As a Business Developer, you will participate in the development and implementation of both internal and external growth strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Study the key indicators of the laboratory: services, production capacity, patients / partners, and employees.
- Conduct market studies to understand the environment in which the laboratory operates and assess its attractiveness (competitive landscape analysis and potential patients / partners).
- Prospecting for new partners.
- Approach potential new market partners using the resources developed in advance to target them (external growth studies).
- Discuss short-, medium-, and long-term development / support opportunities with new potential partners.
- Ensure a strong relationship between the partners and the laboratory; be available for them until a relationship of trust is established, represent the company to them.
- Promote the laboratory’s digital tools and services to partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of monitoring and performance indicators.
- Participate in the monitoring of restructuring, renovation, or development projects within the laboratory.
Desired Profile
- Education level Bac+3 to Bac+5: Master’s in Management or Audit, Business School degree with a specialization in Commercial Management, Business School degree specialized in Business Development.
- Proficiency in French and English. German and / or Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a company.
- First experience in the healthcare sector.
- A pedagogical approach, creative teaching methods, and a proven ability to proactively address the specific needs of partners.
