Zusammenfassung

TVH Group is seeking a Business Controller to strengthen the finance team in Germany. You will act as the financial eyes for local sales management and for Regional and Corporate finance, partnering with stakeholders and serving as a right hand to the General Manager in Germany.

You will own budgets and forecasts for three German entities, produce monthly management reports, monitor performance, and support contract negotiations, internal controls, and coordination with tax and accounting

Qualifikationen

• Accounting or finance degree.
• Experience working in a matrix organization or with sales teams.
• Analytical, hands-on, flexible, solution oriented.
• Proficient in accounting and ERP systems and MS Office (Excel).
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and English business proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Create the annual budget and periodic forecasts for 3 German entities.
• Develop monthly management reports, analyze and present financial results to the German and finance leadership teams.
• Monitor and evaluate performance against budget or forecast, identify risks and opportunities and suggest possible actions.
• Support new or renewed contract negotiations.
• Act as the gate keeper of internal controls (compliance ambassador).
• Act as the point person between the 3rd party tax and accounting provider and regional and corporate finance teams.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding accounting-related inquiries (e.g., HR, Purchasing, Management).
• Provide ongoing reports to management and departments (e.g., payment status, liquidity, outstanding invoices) and ensure finance documents are routed to the correct department for action.

To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a Business controller. In this role, you act as the “financial eyes” in the site for both the local sales management team and the Regional and Corporate finance teams.This function partners with various stakeholders in the organzation and is the financial right hand and business partner of the General Manager in Germany.The Business Controller is accountable and fully responsibile for developingbudgets and forecasts and analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of the local financial results versus targets.
