Job summary

Veeva is seeking a Consultant for our Global Medical Consulting practice to help Life Sciences customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI.

You will lead operating model transformations and support Medical Affairs initiatives with Vault Medical, collaborating with Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing to maximize value and efficiency for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences consulting or related advisory practice.
• Expertise in Medical Affairs operating models, medical content strategy, and medical communications.
• Strong analytical mindset spanning quantitative and qualitative data.

The Role

As a Consultant in our Global Medical Consulting practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

You will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence in our Vault Medical suite – from shaping the medical content operating model to supporting broader Medical Affairs initiatives involving key offerings like Link and CRM. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing to help our medical customers get the most out of Vault Medical, optimizing their processes so they can work more efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Medical Affairs Operating Models, Medical Content Strategy, Medical Communications
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Compensation

• Total compensation: 63,000 - 95,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer based on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
