Job summary

Enpal in Berlin sucht ein/r Praktikant/in im Bereich Data Analytics. Du unterstützt das Team bei der Erstellung und Verbesserung regelmäßiger Berichte, lieferst tägliche und wöchentliche Updates und arbeitest an Vertriebskennzahlen.

Du führst fortgeschrittene Analysen vor allem mit Excel durch, identifizierst Trends und Optimierungspotenziale, erstellst klare Dashboards und unterstützt Prozesse durch datenbasierte Erkenntnisse. Englischkenntnisse erwünscht; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Sie warten und verbessern regelmäßige Berichte und liefern Management-Updates (täglich und wöchentlich).
• Sie führen fortgeschrittene Analysen durch, vorwiegend mit Excel, um Trends und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im Sales Funnel zu identifizieren.
• Sie nutzen datenbasierte Erkenntnisse, um interne Prozesse, Workflows und operative Effizienz zu optimieren.
• Sie erstellen klare, nutzerfreundliche Berichte und Dashboards, damit Stakeholder Daten verstehen und Reporting-Tools eigenständig nutzen können.
• Sie unterstützen das Team bei wiederkehrenden operativen Aufgaben, einschließlich Datenaufbereitung, Ad-hoc-Analysen und Reporting-Updates.

Your Tasks

• You will maintain and continuously improve recurring reports, providing management with clear daily and weekly updates on key developments
• You will conduct advanced data analyses, primarily using Excel, to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel
• You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize internal and external processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• You will build clear, user-friendly reports and dashboards that enable stakeholders to understand data and independently work with reporting tools
• You will support the team with recurring operational tasks, including data preparation, ad-hoc analyses, reporting updates, and handling stakeholder requests

Your Profile

• You are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to identify patterns, derive insights, and solve business problems
• You have advanced knowledge of Excel and are comfortable working with large datasets and complex analyses
• You have a structured, detail-oriented working style and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• You are proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes and contribute to operational excellence
• You have experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), or data visualization tools, which is a plus
• You are fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
