emagine sucht in Berlin einen Business Analysten (m/w/d) zur Begleitung eines Transformationsprojekts. Sie erfassen, analysieren und dokumentieren Geschäftsprozesse bis Level 3 und pflegen diese in BPanda.

Zusätzlich führen Sie Interviews, Workshops und Koordinationsgespräche mit Fachbereichen durch, um Prozesse zu erfassen und Anforderungen zu analysieren. Sie erstellen, überarbeiten und dokumentieren Prozessdiagramme, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und entwickeln konkrete Vorschläge.

Formación

• Durchführung von Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen bis Level 3
• Souveräner Umgang mit Prozessmodellierung und strukturierter Prozessdokumentation
• Erfahrung in Erhebung, Analyse und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit etablierten Methoden und Standards
• Sichere Nutzung von Prozessmanagement-Tools; praktische Erfahrung mit BPanda bevorzugt
• Durchführung/Moderation von Workshops, Interviews und Koordination mit Fachbereichen
• Ausprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eigenverantwortliche, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsabilidades

• Eigenständige Erfassung, Analyse und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen bis Level 3 sowie Pflege der BPanda-Prozesse
• Durchführung von Interviews, Workshops und Abstimmungsgesprächen mit Fachbereichen zur Erfassung von Prozessen und Anforderungen
• Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Dokumentation von Prozessdiagrammen sowie Gewährleistung einer konsistenten Prozesslandschaft
• Analyse bestehender Workflows und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Entwicklung und Präsentation konkreter Vorschläge zur Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung
• Abstimmung von Prozessmodellen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen mit relevanten Stakeholdern
• Sicherung einer nachvollziehbaren und revisionssicheren Prozessdokumentation
• Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden und Schulung zu Informationssicherheit und Datenschutz
• Unterstützung der Integration von Informationssicherheit und Datenschutzanforderungen in bestehende Geschäftsprozesse

Описание: We, emagine, are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) for an exciting transformation project in Berlin. Do you have experience in analysing, documenting and optimising business processes and want to actively shape change? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

• Independently capture, analyse and document business processes up to Level 3 Model and maintain business processes in BPanda
• Independently conduct interviews, workshops and coordination meetings with business departments to capture processes and analyse requirements
• Create, revise and document process diagrams and ensure a consistent process landscape
• Analyse existing workflows and identify potential for optimisation
• Develop and present specific proposals for process optimisation and increased efficiency
• Coordinate process models and optimisation measures with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure traceable and audit-proof process documentation
• Raise employee awareness and provide training on information security and data protection
• Support the integration of information security and data protection requirements into existing business processes

Требования:

• Demonstrable experience in analysing, documenting and optimising business processes up to and including Level 3 (required)
• Sound knowledge of process modelling and structured, clear process documentation
• Experience capturing, analysing and modelling business processes using established methods and standards
• Confident use of process management tools; practical experience with BPanda is ideal
• Demonstrable experience conducting and moderating workshops, interviews and coordination meetings with business departments
• Strong analytical skills and an independent, results-oriented approach to work
• Very good spoken and written German

• Location: Berlin (hybrid), 50% remote / 50% on-site
• Start: November 2026
• Duration: initially until the end of January 2027, with the option to extend
