Building Energy Consultant (Stufe 2 Prüfung Energieausweise)
Work Type / Location: Freelance / Work Contract Remote with on-site presentations as required (Arnsberg District Government /DIBT)

Tasks:

• Review and validate Building Energy Performance Certificates (Energieausweise) that failed the automated algorithm check (Stufe 1) in the DIBT database.
• Recalculate and verify energy certificate data using the client-supplied software.
• Perform quality control and ensure compliance with current legal and DENA standards.
• Collaborate with student interns for data entry and basic checks (e.g., building dates, addresses, dimensions from architectural plans).
• Present results and discuss findings with the client during on-site meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of findings and calculations.
