PLAZA Hotelgroup Schwerin is seeking a breakfast server (m/f/d) to support the smooth operation of the breakfast restaurant at PLAZA Premium Schwerin.

You will work with the kitchen and front-of-house, welcome guests, prepare mise en place, and ensure a pleasant breakfast experience with warm service in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally trained in hotel or restaurant industry.
• Some initial experience in breakfast service.
• Good German and English skills.

• Responsibility for the cleanliness of the buffet and breakfast restaurant.
• Preparing for conferences.
• Supervising coffee breaks at conferences and meetings.
