PLAZA Hotelgroup München is seeking a Breakfast Manager to lead the breakfast service, manage mise en place, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with the kitchen and other departments while supervising the buffet and staff during breakfast service.

You will plan schedules, conduct internal coaching, and support ongoing training. German and English language skills are required; the role offers career growth and a strong team atmosphere within a leading hotel group in Munich.
