His domain consists of breakfast and dinner – occasionally he bakes a cake or tries out a new recipe, but he always takes it easy, because he, too, is a host through and through and doesn’t shy away from a natter with the guests. Together with the small service team, he prepares breakfast, sets out the ingredients for HENRI’S legendary evening meal, keeps the kitchen clean and handles the daily orders efficiently.
And yes, at HENRI, kitchen duties do indeed relate almost exclusively to the breakfast service, as dinner is set up by the colleagues at reception.

In other words:
