3G Celllabs India Pvt Ltd in Berlin is seeking a creative Brand Designer to evolve our visual identity and maintain consistency across slides, brochures, and social content. You will shape our website visuals, investor decks, newsletters and data rooms within a unified design system.

The role includes packaging print materials, event visuals for product launches, and social media graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio demonstrating brand design and visual identity work.
• A few years of design experience in agency, studio, in-house or freelance.
• Print production knowledge with ability to prep print files.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Slide tools.
• Fluent German and English; strong communication and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ship deliverables quickly.

We build humanoid systems: full stack, from hardware and electronics to software and manufacturing, all in-house in Berlin.

At Cell Labs, we push the boundary of what robotics can achieve. Our goal is clear: to build systems that empower humans, not replace them. Our technology is already deployed with industry leading customers and partners. Now, our own product is close to launch.

Tasks

• Brand Development: Evolve our existing visual identity and keep it consistent across every touchpoint. You'll also build brand guidelines and ready-to-use templates for slides, documents and social posts that the whole team can use.
• Digital Design: Shape how Cell Labs shows up on screen to investors, customers and partners. That spans our website and its upcoming launch as well as decks, newsletters and data rooms, all built on a consistent design system.
• Print & Merchandise: Bring our brand into the physical world with brochures, datasheets, business stationery and signage for the office and workshop. You'll also design merch the team actually wants to wear, from hoodies to stickers.
• Launch & Events: Develop key visuals and campaign assets for our upcoming product launch, as well as booths, banners and displays for trade shows. You'll also coordinate with printers and booth builders and support the setup on-site.
• Social Media Design: Create graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube, including posts, carousels, stories, banners and thumbnails. Each piece is tailored to its platform, so our robots look just as good in a feed as they do in the workshop.
• Cross-Team Support: Provide design for recruiting and employer branding, technical documentation for engineering, press kits and PR, and office culture and team events.

Requirements

• Background: You studied graphic, communication or brand design, or you taught yourself and your portfolio shows it.
• Experience: A few years of design work, in an agency, a studio, an in-house team or as a freelancer. Where you worked matters less to us than what you made.
• Print: You know how to prepare print files and have dealt with printers before. Color proofs, paper choices and production deadlines don't scare you.
• Tools: You work confidently in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and know your way around Pitch, Google Slides, PowerPoint and Keynote. Webflow or Framer is a plus.
• How you work: You like getting a first draft out quickly and improving from there. You can keep several projects moving at once, and you know when something is good enough to ship.
• Languages: Fluent German and English.
• Your work is what people see of us: The website, the trade show booth, the investor deck. Almost everything the outside world sees of our robots comes out of your hands, and you get the freedom to shape how it looks.
• Everything under one roof: Office, workshop and test rigs are in the same building in Kreuzberg. When you need to understand a feature or see the robot in action, the engineer is just a short walk away, not a ticket.
