You’ll create high-converting visual content—gallery images, A+ Content, and videos—aligned with Amazon CRO strategies, while staying ahead of marketplace trends and respecting Sunday Natural’s design language.

Your role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Brand Designer to elevate Sunday Natural’s visual presence on Amazon and other marketplaces. In this role, you will be our internal authority on Amazon visual best practices while ensuring our brand’s premium identity remains rock-solid across digital ad channels and physical product touchpoints.

You will be responsible for creating high-converting, "best-in-class" visual content; including gallery images, A+ Content, and video assets - that harmonizes Sunday Natural’s premium brand identity with Amazon’s conversion-driven ecosystem. We are looking for a designer who understands Amazon CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), stays ahead of marketplace visual trends, and can strategically advise us on how to out-design competitors while respecting our visual identity.

• Visual Asset Creation: Design and execute high-impact Amazon gallery images, Premium A+ Content, and Brand Stores that drive ‘the click’ and maximize conversion rates

• Video Production & Editing: Create and optimize product and advertising videos that effectively communicate product benefits and brand story in a mobile-first environment

• Premium Imagery: Deliver ‘best-in-class’ packshots and lifestyle imagery, ensuring meticulous attention to lighting, composition, and pixel-perfect execution

• Design Language Stewardship: Define and evolve the AMZ-specific design language, ensuring all assets are ‘on-brand’ for Sunday Natural while adhering to Amazon’s technical requirements and best practices.

• Continuous Optimization: Proactively research market trends and competitor designs to identify optimization opportunities. Use data insights to refine assets over time for peak performance.

Your profile

• Amazon Creative Specialist: 2+ years of dedicated Amazon design experience. Expert in visual policies, mobile-first optimization, high-converting Packshots, Gallery Images, Premium A+ Content, and Brand Storefronts.

• Performance Meets Brand Integrity: Proven track record of balancing high-conversion visual tactics (clear benefit hierarchies, callouts, visual hooks) with premium brand aesthetics, sleek typography, and pixel-perfect execution.

• Market Trend & Brand Alignment: Proactive in researching best-in-class marketplace design trends, seamlessly translating core brand identities into competitive e-commerce environments.

• Design & Prototyping Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma to produce high-impact static and video assets.

• Value-Add Skills (Bonus): 3D rendering experience (Blender/KeyShot) or basic motion design capability.

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English required. German (B2) is a strong advantage for designing localized typography, visual hooks, and native copy layouts for Amazon.de.
