Vesoma is seeking a Brand Designer to join the early team and define how we look, read, and sound across every surface we present to the world. You will work directly with the founders and senior leadership to shape the company's visual identity.

From building a complete visual system and site to directing video, photography, and copy, you will set standards, storyboard productions, and own AI-enabled workflows to push brand quality at startup speed.

Your mission

• Define and maintain the visual system. Marks, type pairings, layout, iconography, diagrams. Build it, extend it, and document it so others can use it without asking.

• Design and ship our website end-to-end. Work close to the code. You don't write production code, but you manage the site's CMS and deployment and care about the details.

• Write the copy. Across site, product, film, and long-form. Short sentences. Concrete nouns. No marketing language, no buzzwords.

• Art-direct video, renderings, photography, and spaces. Storyboard before any production specialists are engaged. Specify lens, light, palette, style, and composition.

• Use AI tools daily. Across writing, image, motion, and code. Know what they do well and where they fail, and bring that into the work.

Your profile

We seek builders ready to move past the demo and into real-world deployment. People who hold precision and reliability as high as invention.

Experience

• 5+ years in brand design, graphic design, or visual communications.

Core Skills

• Visual Systems: Experience building and documenting an identity system others can use without asking. Marks, type pairings, layout, iconography, diagrams.

• Web Design: Experience designing and shipping a site end to end. Comfortable close to the code, running the CMS and deployment yourself.

• Writing: Command of short, concrete copy across site, product, film, and long-form. Concrete nouns, no buzzwords.

• Art Direction: Experience directing video, renderings, and photography. You storyboard first, then specify lens, light, palette, and composition.

• AI Fluency: Daily fluency with AI tools across writing, image, motion, and code. You know what they do well and where they fail.

• Also useful: Hands-on motion and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro), photography and videography, interior and spatial design, or exposure to industrial and product design teams.
