Job summary

CYCLE is seeking a Bike Mechanic (f/m/d) in Lübeck to perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on our modern e-bikes. You will manage a small fleet, perform on-site service visits, and ensure high-quality workmanship for our courier partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with bicycles or e-bikes, professional or hobby-based acceptable.
• Passion for how bikes work and how to repair them.
• Fluency in English or German, both preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair our e-bikes to keep them in excellent condition.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
• Take responsibility for a fleet of e-bikes from inspection to final checks.
• Occasionally visit partners to service bikes on-site.
• Listen to customers and gather feedback to improve service.

Your Mission

• E-Bike Maintenance:You'll care for our e-bikes and ensure they're always in great condition. Regular checks will be part of your daily routine.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: With your trained eye, you'll quickly identify issues. You'll not only repair but also share your knowledge with colleagues.
• Parts Management:You'll oversee our spare parts inventory and order necessary replacements. You'll be prepared for all situations.
• Your Own Fleet: You'll take responsibility for a group of e-bikes - from initial inspection to the final bolt.
• Mobile Service: Occasionally, you'll visit our partners to service e-bikes on-site.
• Customer Contact:You'll actively listen to our customers and seek feedback about our service. Your goal: happy customers!

Your skills and qualifications

• Experience:Previous experience with bicycles or e-bikes is great! Whether professional or as a hobby - the main thing is some basic knowledge. Experience in electronics, mechanics, or similar fields is a plus but not required.
• Bicycle Enthusiast: You don't just enjoy riding bikes and e-bikes; you're also interested in how they work and how to repair them.
• Language:Fluent in either English or German. Both are even better!
• MOBILITY: A driving license is an absolute MUST!!!
