Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full technical proposal process for commercial and utility-scale BESS projects.
• Analyze RFPs and tender specifications to define clear technical and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to develop tailored system configurations and proposal strategies.
• Draft detailed documentation including system descriptions, technical concepts, performance analysis, and compliance matrices.
• Act as the technical interface during customer negotiations and clarifications.
• Manage internal templates and proposal libraries to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Stay informed on the latest BESS technologies, trends, and competitor offerings.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years\' experience in technical proposals, solution engineering, or BESS project design.
• Strong technical knowledge of BESS systems (battery, PCS, EMS, HVAC, fire protection, etc.).
• Experience working with European utility clients or grid-connected storage projects.
• Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with standard engineering tools.
• Business-level fluency in English is essential.
• You must currently reside in Germany, France, or Italy.
