Die ideale Person hat eine Hochschulausbildung in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau, bringt mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld mit und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Angebotsvorbereitung sowie die Vertriebsunterstützung im In- und Ausland. Diese Stelle erfordert starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Teamarbeit.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung, (FH oder TH/TU) erforderlich.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen erforderlich.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift notwendig.
• Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse erforderlich.
• Grundkenntnisse in SAP sind wichtig.
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sind gefragt.
• Gute Selbst- und Arbeitsorganisation notwendig.

Aufgaben

• Selbständige Erstellung von Angeboten für das Turn Key- und Liefergeschäft.
• Angebotsvorbereitung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb.
• Eigenständige Angebotsanalyse und -verfolgung.
• Optimierung des Angebotsprozesses.
• Vertragsprüfung und Unterstützung des Engineerings bei technischen Informationen.
• Vertriebsunterstützung im In- und Ausland.
• Übernahme komplexer Aufgabengebiete.

Augaben:

• Selbständige Erstellung von Angeboten für das Turn Key- und Liefergeschäft inkl. Kalkulation und Erarbeitung aller notwendigen technischen und kommerziellen Unterlagen auch in Englisch
• Angebotsvorbereitung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
• Eigenständige Angebotsanalyse und Angebotsverfolgung
• Optimierung des Angebotsprozesses
• Vertragsprüfung und Unterstützung des Engineerings bei der Erstellung von technischen Informationen
• Vertriebsunterstützung im In- und Ausland
• Übernahme von komplexen Aufgabengebieten im Rahmen von Richtlinien

Anforderungen:
