MedTech is seeking a BI Analyst to join its small, collaborative Data team in Munich. The role combines hands-on BI development with close collaboration with Data Engineering, IT and business stakeholders to extend the company’s BI capabilities.
You will own existing BI solutions, build Power BI dashboards and semantic models, and contribute to data-driven decisions in a flexible hybrid work setting with two days onsite.

A growing MedTech company is looking for a BI Analyst to join its small, collaborative Data team. You will work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, IT and business stakeholders to further develop the company's BI capabilities and make data more accessible across the organisation.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic data models
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical data solutions
Take ownership of existing BI solutions and gradually bring more capabilities in-house
Support data, digitalisation and analytics projects across the wider organisation
Microsoft Azure as the core cloud platform, including Azure Data Lake Gen2
Azure Synapse Analytics for data processing, analytics and data warehousing
Power BI, including semantic models, DAX and modern BI reporting
Structured data layers and modern data modelling approaches, with openness to alternative BI technologies such as Tableau
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an Analytics focus, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
Ideally 1-3 years of experience in BI, Analytics, Consulting, Start-ups or an in-house environment
Strong knowledge of Power BI or comparable BI tools, together with a solid understanding of SQL and data modelling
Analytical, structured and hands‑on approach, with strong communication skills and fluent German; experience with Azure or modern data platforms is advantageous
€55,000-€70,000 salary with a flexible hybrid working model
2 days onsite per week in Munich, with flexible working hours
