1000heads is a Berlin-based social transformation company seeking a German-speaking Social Media Manager to lead community engagement and support influencer partnerships on multiple platforms. You will collaborate with Insights, Strategy, Creative and Client Services to deliver social-first work that builds active, meaningful communities.

The role blends community management with influencer collaboration, supporting editorial calendars and real-time engagement in a fast-paced agency environment

Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years experience in a Community Manager / Social Media role (agency experience preferred).
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to flex tone across platforms.
• Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) and their nuances.
• Experience with moderation, including escalation processes and customer-facing interactions.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
• Experience with social publishing and listening tools (e.g.Sprinklr,Khoros, Hootsuite) a plus.
• Existing relationships with German influencers,creators or talent agencies (a plus).

• Build strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing strategic thinking.
• Track performance, contribute to reporting and provide actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends and emerging opportunities.
• Support influencer and creator identification and outreach alongside the Relationships team.
• Contribute to influencer campaign coordination, including timelines, approvals and status updates where community and influencer activity intersect.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent, agents and creator networks relevant to community and social content.
• Support new business efforts, including influencer and creator-related pitch material where required.

We are looking for aGerman-speaking Social Media Managerto join our growing team in Berlin.This role will also support our Influencer Marketing team but predominantly sit in our Community team.

The 1000heads Community team is a collective of social media obsessives, driven by the desire to deliver standout editorial and meaningful conversations for some of the world’s most exciting brands. You will work closely with specialists across Insights, Strategy, Creative and ClientServices to deliver social-first work that builds engaged, active communities.
