• approach travelers proactively, openly, and with a smile, identify their needs, and inspire them with our high‑quality product ranges to drive sales for the brand you represent
• ensure perfect product presentation with passion and attention to detail, turning every purchase into an unforgettable shopping experience through your dedicated advice and attentive service
• turn travelers into loyal customers by convincing them of Heinemann and our customer program
• be responsible for the correct and careful handling of checkout processes
• regularly participate in product trainings to continuously expand your expertise in our assortments and to know tomorrow’s trends today

What you should bring along

• Practical experience in sales or a customer‑oriented environment, product knowledge in the field of perfume & cosmetics, and ideally experience with luxury brands
• Very good German and English skills, ideally complemented by another foreign language
• Genuine enjoyment in interacting with customers and colleagues of diverse nationalities, a natural service orientation, and a talent for creating unforgettable shopping moments
• A strong team‑player mentality as well as strengths in communication and sales – especially the ability to understand and meet customer needs through active listening
