Zusammenfassung

Enemix is seeking a construction leader toown the full construction lifecycle for active onshore wind projects in Germany. You will steer execution planning, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires a degree in civil or industrial engineering, several years of construction management experience in wind, and fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Take full responsibility for the construction budget and schedule across onshore wind park projects.
• Lead and steer all construction phases from execution planning through to handover and sign off.
• Manage and coordinate the internal project team alongside external contractors and service providers.
• Negotiate contractor and manufacturing agreements, and decide on cost adjustments and resource planning.
• Ensure delivery on time, on budget and to quality standards throughout.
• Report regularly to project leadership on progress, risk and cost.

A well established onshore wind developer in Germany, backed by a London based institutional asset manager. They develop, build and operate onshore wind parks, and were one of the early movers in southern Germany, where they're still one of the few active players.

The team is young, interdisciplinary and genuinely flat, so there's real room to take ownership. They've made the shift from developing projects to actually building them, with two in construction now and around 150MW across 22 turbines lined up for 2029 and 2030.

This role is about owning construction on live projects and steering them through to the finish

What you will do

• Take full responsibility for the construction budget and schedule across onshore wind park projects
• Lead and steer all construction phases, from execution planning through to handover and sign off
• Manage and coordinate the internal project team alongside external contractors and service providers
• Negotiate contractor and manufacturing agreements, and decide on cost adjustments and resource planning
• Ensure delivery on time, on budget and to quality standards throughout

What we are looking for

• A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of construction management experience, ideally within onshore wind
• Strong project management skills, particularly budget planning and schedule control
• A track record of leading teams and coordinating external service providers
• Business fluent German and English
• High initiative, a strong sense of ownership and the confidence to hold contractors to account
• A background specifically in onshore wind construction
• Comfort combining a construction engineering foundation with hands on project management
