Responsibilities

• Clarify underground utility and mining measures
• Lead abbruch, sanierungs, erdbau and erschließungs measures in planning and execution phases
• Define scheduling for erschließung, abbruch, erdbau and freianlagen in coordination with hochbau construction lead
• Control subcontractors regarding schedule, quality and cost compliance
• Assist in regular creation of project overhead invoices
• Invoice control of specialist engineer and subcontractor services
• Responsible for guarantee return and flawless handover in erschließungs area

Qualifications

• Completed degree in civil engineering / architecture or comparable qualification
• Minimum three years of experience in the above field
• Strong technical and commercial understanding
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good German language skills
• Ability to work independently and goal‑oriented, with strong communication and organizational talents
