Deine Rolle umfasst das Zubereiten von Cocktails, Beratung der Gäste, Organisation des Barbetriebs und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceteam, um ein herausragendes Gästeerlebnis zu liefern.

Qualifikationen

• Frühere Erfahrung als Bartender in Gastronomie oder Bar.
• Gute Kenntnisse klassischer Cocktails, Spirituosen und Barken.
• Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft und Gästekontakt.
• Selbstbewusste und freundliche Kommunikation.
• In belebten Schichten organisiert und fokussiert arbeiten.
• Zuverlässig, proaktiv und teamorientiert.
• Bereitschaft, zu einer positiven und energetischen Teamatmosphäre beizutragen.

Aufgaben

• Klassische und Signature-Cocktails sorgfältig zubereiten.
• Getränke empfehlen und Gäste durch das Menü führen.
• Aufbau, Mise en Place, und Sauberkeit am Barbereich sicherstellen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service für reibungslose Gästeerlebnisse.
• Barbestand verwalten und Bestellungen unterstützen.
• Hygiene- und Lebensmittelstandards jederzeit einhalten.
• Bar vor, während und nach dem Service vorbereiten.
• Bar sauber, gut bestückt und servicebereit halten.
• Mit dem Restaurantteam zusammenarbeiten.

As a Bartender, you'll combine your technical skills with genuine hospitality, creating great drinks while making every guest feel welcome.

Your role & responsibilities

You help create the quality and atmosphere that define our bar:

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
• Recommend drinks and guide guests through our beverage menu
• Build genuine connections with guests and deliver warm, engaging hospitality
• Prepare and organize the bar before, during and after service
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service
• Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Support stock management and daily bar operations
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar or similar environment
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar techniques
• Passion for hospitality and guest interaction
• Confident and friendly communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and focused during busy services
• Reliable, proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to contribute to a positive and energetic team atmosphere
