EUTALENTS is seeking skilled barbers for partner salons across the Nordic region. We offer full-time, permanent positions with competitive gross salaries starting at 3,000 EUR per month and relocation support.

Salons cover flight tickets and can provide accommodation in some cases. Opportunities for upskilling, team trips, gym access, and after-work activities are available, with a relaxed environment and clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barber, or a certified barber qualification.
• Intermediate to high level of English.
• European passport
• Driver's license preferred but not required.
• Good social media skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair and beard cuts for clients.
• Provide exceptional client service.
• Promote and sell salon products.
• Open and close the salon.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
