TEKsystems is hiring for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL for the role of Member Service Representative. This is a contract-to-hire position with full training onsite for 6–8 weeks and a hybrid schedule thereafter.

TEKsystems is currently hiring for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area!

Position: Member Service Representative

Job Description:

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• 1-3 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
• Must have high speed internet to work hybrid (must be cable or fiber service)

Pay: $19.75/hour

Training Schedule: Fully onsite first 6-8 weeks, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Schedule After Training: Multiple shifts available, 11:00am 8:30pm, 12:0pm - 9:30pm, 12:30pm - 10:00pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
