Responsibilities

As a Banking Finance Lawyer, you will contribute to a wide range of domestic and international matters

• Providing legal advice on banking law, finance law and financial regulatory issues.

• Assisting with the structuring, negotiation and execution of secured lending transactions.

• Contributing to acquisition finance, real estate finance and fund-related financing structures.

• Participating in transactions involving financial collateral arrangements and debt instruments.

• Supporting bond issuances and related capital markets listings, including Luxembourg-based listings.

• Drafting, reviewing and coordinating legal documentation throughout the lifecycle of transactions.

Qualifications

• You have completed advanced legal studies with a solid academic background.

• You have acquired initial professional experience ( 1- 3 years) in banking and finance law, ideally within an international law firm.

• You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or another EU Bar, or meet the requirements to pursue local qualification.

• You enjoy working in a team-oriented and international environment.

• You are fluent in English and French; additional languages are considered an advantage.
