GlassFlow is seeking a Backend Engineer in Berlin to shape core technology powering AI agents. You will own projects end-to-end, building high-performance Python systems in a fast, high-ownership environment.

You’ll collaborate directly with the founders to tackle unprecedented challenges and push the boundaries of data streaming globally. The role demands deep Python expertise, a hands-on, pragmatic mindset, and a passion for startup culture.

About GlassFlow:

GlassFlow is the data infrastructure for AI agents in production. It has two products: GlassFlow Tares, which feeds agents correlated data from every system they touch, and GlassFlow Rius, which traces and debugs what agents do once they're running.

We are Backend Engineer at GlassFlow, you’ll be shaping the core technology, culture, and trajectory of the company. The code you write will power AI agents for billions of data events around the world.

• Deep expertise in Python.

Previous experience that could be helpful:

• Experience with public or private clouds (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience with K8s, Docker, Docker Compose
• Worked in fast-growing environments or early-stage startups
• Openness to using AI tools in coding (e.g., Claude) is considered a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly and make compromises in writing code when necessary
