Jobtailor is seeking a backend-focused Python developer to join our Berlin-based team. You’ll work on our Python backend, API-first development, and contribute to Azure cloud infrastructure, collaborating with UX to enhance the user experience.

You'll explore AI-driven features and RAG architectures, connect tools and services, and stay at the forefront of modern web platform architecture in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must-have: Experience with Python (professional experience or advanced projects).
• Solid understanding of backend development and API communication.
• Interest in or initial experience with Azure.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly learn new topics.
• Motivation to work with generative AI and modern architectures (such as RAG).
• Team player, self-starter and eagerness for innovation.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, REST APIs, container technologies (Docker).
• Experience with platform architectures, data structures or NoSQL databases.
• Interest in low-code technologies such as Bubble.io (for frontend or MVP tasks).
