justDice invites you to join a fast-moving team building scalable Go microservices on AWS in a hybrid Hamburg setup. You will design, develop, and maintain backend architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement product requirements.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, strong ownership, and a passion for innovative technologies. Hamburg-based with visa/relocation support and a flexible working pattern.

What you will do:

• Developing robust, scalable, and efficient microservices in Go
• Planning, developing, and maintaining backend architectures using AWS Cloud Technologies, Kubernetes, Go Microservices and ElasticSearch.
• Ensuring quality through unit and integration testing
• Collaborating within agile teams to analyze and implement product requirements
• Optimizing existing systems for performance and scalability

Who you are:

• Extensive experience in software development with Golang (at least 2–3 years)
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services: mainly ECS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes
• Proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt
• Proficiency in working with both relational and noSQL databases
• Hands-on experience working with Microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Strong sense of ownership, ability to work well in a team, and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
• Be fluent in English
