Arival Bank ищет опытного backend-разработчика на Ruby для разработки и поддержки бэкэнд-сервисов и API банковской платформы. Вы будете работать над микро-услугами, системой обработки платежей и системами уведомлений, сотрудничая с кросс-функциональными командами.

Требуется 3+ года опыта, знание Ruby, Rails, Sinatra/Grape, REST API и RabbitMQ, а также владение Docker и базами данных. Ожидается знание английского на уровне B1 и русский язык как основной.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ лет коммерческого опыта разработки на Ruby
• Сильные знания Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq и PostgreSQL
• Опыт разработки backend-сервисов на Ruby-фреймворках (Sinatra, Grape) и проектировании SOA
• Опыт построения REST API и микросервисной архитектуры
• Опыт работы с микросервисами и событийно-ориентированной архитектурой
• Опыт работы с RabbitMQ и практики безопасности бэкэнд-сервисов
• Понимание распределённых систем и архитектуры бэкенда
• Опыт работы с Docker
• Уровень English минимум B1, русский — свободно

Aufgaben

• Дизайн, разработка и поддержка бэкэнд-сервисов и API
• Сборка и поддержка масштабируемых микросервисов для банковской платформы
• Разработка новых фич и улучшение существующей функциональности
• Работа над ядровыми доменами: onboarding и верификация, платежи, уведомления, отчетность, риск и аналитика
• Участие в проектировании архитектуры сервисов и распределённых систем
• Тесное сотрудничество с продакт-менеджером, QA и другими командами разработки
• Устойчивость к сбоям: устранение инцидентов в продакшн и повышение надёжности
• Участие в код-ревью, обсуждении архитектуры и лучших практик

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Build and support scalable microservices powering our banking platform
• Develop new product features and improve existing functionality
• Work on core business domains, including onboarding and verification, payments, notifications, reporting, risk, and analytics
• Participate in designing service architecture and distributed systems
• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other development teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system reliability and performance
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices

Требования

• 3+ Years of commercial experience with Ruby development
• Strong knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, and PostgreSQL
• Experience building backend services with non-Rails Ruby frameworks, such as Sinatra or Grape, and designing service-oriented architecture
• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
• Experience working with RabbitMQ or other message brokers
• Understanding of security best practices for backend services
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging production issues
• Experience with Docker
• Upper Middle or Senior level
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Fluent Russian language proficiency is required
• English at B1 level or above, sufficient to read and understand technical documentation
• Good communication skills and experience working in cross-functional engineering teams
• Nice to have: Experience with Trailblazer, dry-rb, Redis, and MongoDB, experience in fintech, digital banking, or payment systems, experience with cloud platforms, with AWS being a plus, experience with Kubernetes, bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
