Job summary

Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH is seeking an EASA Part 66 B1 licensed aircraft engineer for our Berlin BER, Nürnberg NUE, and Niederrhein-Weeze NRN bases. You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and system component work on Ryanair aircraft, using AMOS, eLearning, and myboeingfleet.

Shift work and a German employment contract are offered. Required: B1 license with Boeing-type rating, 6+ months on type in last 2 years, English proficiency, EU passport, and willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• EASA Part 66 CAT B1 license with Boeing-type rating.
• At least 6 months of work experience on type in the last two years.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• EU/EEA passport with right to live and work in the EU and a valid EU driver’s license.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and scheduled/non-scheduled work on Ryanair aircraft.
• Use AMOS, eLearning, and myboeingfleet for maintenance tasks.
• Install and dismantle system components and perform adjustments on aircraft systems.
• Carry out checks and technical release of work performed.
• Troubleshoot and search for errors on aircraft.

Description We are Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH Based at Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER, we were founded in 2018 and are a 100% subsidiary of Ryanair. The Irish airline group currently operates a fleet of 590 modern Boeing 737NG and MAX 10, Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer, and Airbus A320 aircrafts. We will continue to expand by more than 300 aircraft by 2030. At Ryanair Engineering Germany, our engineers and mechanics are responsible for the maintenance of all Ryanair aircrafts in multiple stations all across Germany We are currently looking for an EASA Part 66 CAT B1 Aircraft Engineer to join our team in Berlin Banderburg (BER), Nürnberg (NUE), Niederrhein-Weeze (NRN) Airport. The role includes the use of specialist IT applications such as AMOS, eLearning, myboeingfleet, installation and dismantling of system components, adjustments on aircraft systems, checking and technical release of work already performed on the aircraft, error search and troubleshooting as well as performing scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance work on aircraft.

Requirements

• You hold an EASA Part 66 CAT B1 license with a Boeing-type rating.
• You have at least six months of work experience on type during the last two years.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• A valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and a valid EU driver’s license.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Preferably, a valid German security clearance according to § 7 of the German Aviation Security Act.
