Job summary

Nayak-LM Germany GmbH in Brandenburg sucht erfahrene Flugzeuginstandhalter im Linien- oder Basismodus. Sie führen aeronautische Wartungsarbeiten durch, geben technische Anweisungen, dokumentieren Arbeiten und sichern die Einhaltung aller MOE- und Kundenvorgaben.

Erforderlich sind eine luftfahrtbezogene Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation, gute Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu Reisen. Attraktive Vergütung, 13. Monatsgehalt und betriebliche Altersvorsorge werden geboten.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene luftfahrtsnahe Berufsausbildung oder mehrjährige gleichwertige Erfahrung.
• EASA Part-66 AML bevorzugt; Erfahrung mit A320-Familie wünschenswert.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in der technischen Kommunikation.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung aeronautischer Wartungsarbeiten gemäß Zulassungen und Vorschriften.
• Technische Anweisungen geben, Arbeiten koordinieren und überwachen.
• Werkstatt- bzw. Bescheinigungsdokumentation korrekt ausfüllen.
• MOE- und Kundenprozesse während Wartungsarbeiten befolgen.
• Wartungsmaterialien bereitstellen und Kehr- bzw. Lagertätigkeiten übernehmen.
• Arbeitszeiten flexibel gestalten; gelegentliche Auslands- und Inlandsreisen.

Stellenbeschreibung:

Your role and responsibilities:

• perform aeronautical maintenance activities authorized by the Personal License and the Company Authorization; including as well maintenance activities of lower qualifications such as CAT A or Aircraft Mechanic
• give technical instructions, coordinate and monitor the maintenance work of other employees with lower qualifications in the assigned work area;
• certify the work performed, ensuring the accurate filling out of the required documentation during the aircraft maintenance phase;
• follow the company MOE procedures and the procedures specified by the client during the assigned maintenance activities;
• use the company equipment, including vehicles provided by the company;
• ensure the correct updating of aviation training as required by the company;
• act as Storekeeper/Store Inspector when the latter is absent, ensuring the availability of aviation equipment and materials necessary to carry out the assigned maintenance tasks.
• take on temporary assignments at domestic maintenance centers and abroad

Anforderungsprofil:

Your skills and experience:

• Completed vocational training in an aeronautical profession or comparable knowledge acquired through several years of experience
• AML according to EASA Part-66, preferably Airbus family A320 (CFM56/V2500/CFM LEAP-1A/IAE PW1100G); Boeing B737NG and MAX, B777 (GE90) and B787 (RR Trent 1000), additional types are welcome
• Several years of experience in the maintenance and repair of civil aviation equipment in the area of line or base maintenance
• Fluent technical English knowledge
• Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity and customer orientation
• Ability to work in a team but also independently when it is needed.
• Continuous attitude of learning and improvement.
• European Driving License
• Full shift work capability
• Willingness to travel also outside regular working hours
• A valid work permit is necessary

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and level of expertise, with an indicative gross annual salary between €53,885.39 and €71,419.92 spread over 13 month's salary.
