Aether Biomedical in Germany is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Architect to lead the migration of the private data center estate to Microsoft Azure, ensuring program management and infrastructure integrity throughout the transition.

You will coordinate networks, security, storage, and Azure landing zones, lead Agile squads and product owners, remove blockers, and align migration goals with business priorities through effective stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years hands-on engineering experience in networking, infrastructure, systems, or cloud
• Proven migration experience of Windows VMs and SQL Server databases to Azure
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, and networking
• Leadership experience in large-scale data centre migration programs
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Deliver the full migration of private data center workloads into Azure (Windows VMs, SQL Server)
• Drive delivery across infrastructure streams: networks, firewalls, storage, and Azure landing zones
• Coordinate technical teams, architects, Agile squads, and product owners for alignment and timely delivery
• Maintain execution momentum, remove blockers, and ensure team productivity
• Provide leadership, ownership, and hands-on direction throughout the program life cycle
• Participate in technical discussions on network configurations and migration strategies
• Manage migration waves and workload sequencing with operational readiness
