SitusAMC is seeking an AVP, Hedge Advisory & Analytics to support client hedging and risk analytics, mainly in mortgage servicing rights. You will develop reports, analyze risks, and provide timely trade recommendations while contributing to data infrastructure and analytical models.

The role requires solid analytical skills, clear client communication, and collaboration across teams. Strong programming experience and relevant financial designations are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or business administration; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of analyst-level experience with increasing responsibility.
• CFA, FRM, Series 65, or similar designation preferred.
• Deep understanding of interest rate derivatives.
• Experience with VBA, Python, C++, or SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The AVP, Hedge Advisory & Analytics will support client hedging and risk analytics, primarily in mortgage servicing rights, by generating detailed reports, analyzing key portfolio risks, and providing timely trade recommendations. The analyst will contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting systems, analytics models, and related data infrastructure. This role requires solid analytical skills, good judgment, and the ability to clearly communicate with clients and internal teams.

Essential Job Functions:

• Partner with institutional clients daily to support portfolio risk management and hedging objectives.
• Generate, review, and validate daily risk and hedge reports for institutional clients.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate methodologies, troubleshoot issues, and support integration initiatives.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or business administration, or equivalent education and experience. Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in an analyst-level role with increasing responsibility.
• CFA, FRM, Series 65, or similar professional designation preferred.
• Deep understanding of interest rate derivatives.
• Experience with programming languages such as VBA, Python, C++, or SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
