Responsibilities

• In particular, review and clarify technical, economic and ecological risks as part of the preparation of the offer
• If there are discrepancies between the specification and offer descriptions, make clarifications with customers
• Compare order and offer, document discrepancies
• Organize project controlling, define project structures and draft structure plan, adjust project specifications if necessary
• Create and coordinate schedules with key contractual points
• Define, agree and approve work packages (e.g. scope of delivery, costs)
• Plan and implement the start of a project and identify project participants
• Clarify the project process with customers, consortium partners, suppliers and internal specialists and adapt it to the project status and process
• Review and compliance with economic requirements and contractual obligations

Your profile

• Completed degree in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or, alternatively, available subject-specific qualification through professional experience
• Independent, solution-oriented and customer-oriented way of working
• Management and motivation of project staff
• Several years of professional experience in automation and drive technology as well as in project responsibility complete your profile
