Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities across our ERP landscape and evaluate impact on cost time and operational efficiency.
• Design build and maintain workflow automations using automation tools and support the development of API services for internal data flows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues monitor workflows and improve reliability through error handling and alerts.
• Collaborate with HR ERP Finance and Supply Chain teams to understand process requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
• Document process flows data mappings and best practices for long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to the development of our automation roadmap as we scale into new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or another technical / analytical field.
• Hands-on experience with programming language (e.g. Python or similar) with a basic understanding of APIs and data handling (SQL or simple transformations).
• Exposure to automation tools (Zapier n8n or similar) and general familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Interest in automation tools system integrations and willingness to learn.
• Exposure to any ERP system integration platform (e.g. SAP CPI or Oracle OIC) would be beneficial.
• Fluency in English.
